Where a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (from the day of pickup) has been supplied for all cancellations and booking amendments, you will be entitled to a full refund minus our £10 administration charge.
If you do not provide at least a 48 hours’ notice, we will be unable to offer any refund for money already paid irrespective of when the booking was made.
* If the Refund guarantee was paid for at the time of booking then you will be entitled to a full refund minus the £10 already paid (no shows will not be refunded).
